Intro to northaven

How do you practice when you want to spend the rest of the day hiking in the Mountains? Consistency on the fundamentals. AKA the minimum effective dose.

What are the most important parts of practice that will give you the most in return? It all begins with Sun Salutations and the place you do them in.

Join Clint Griffiths and Sarah Gauraux (yoga practitioners, both with full time non-yoga jobs) as we dial everything back and choose quality over quantity.

This program will be available from July 31st to August 4th, 2024. You may choose the dates that work for you within this range. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights to ensure you get the most out of our Ashtanga Retreat. To book: Follow the link below and select the days you would like to join.
