This retreat will be filled with conscious conversations, nourishing meals, movement practices tailored to suit your body and energy, and plenty of free time to fill your energetic bucket.

About Rachelle Diachuk
Rachelle began her teaching journey in 2016 with the intention to share her love of intuitive movement. Her passionate nature is infused into her teachings, enveloping her students in an atmosphere thats welcome and warm.
Known for her high vibrational teaching and direct cues she inspires and encourages her students with fluidity and grace. In Rachelle’s classes she invites her students to focus on sensations, enabling them to get into their body and out of their heads. Her approach to teaching is the same for all the varies style she leads:
