What Is Journey Northaven?

Journey Northaven is a health and wellness retreat located at the edge of Jasper National Park in Alberta. We offer a myriad of services and retreats for our customers. Duties of the front desk

As a front desk receptionist of Journey Northaven, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a neat and professional lobby area, as well as taking payments and processing transactions. This position is for the summer season with the potential to expand and be a part of our company's growth. You may be asked to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
